Our Practice

Our Practice is owned by the Pomer family. The name was derived from the founders' daughters initials, Kyla Marie & Kara Marie. We opened our doors  on September 1, 2006.

After many years of medical training and teaching, Dr. Arcadio Pomer decided to open this private practice. Dr. Pomer enjoys taking care of patients who reciprocate the care  given them. For him this is a fullfilment of a vocation more than anything else.

He was trained at an inner city Chicago hospital (Mt. Sinai Medical Center). There he was trained in the "real primary care training", with no limits as to age, gender and medical condition. Since the foundation of Mt. Sinai up to the present time, trainees are exposed to myriads of disease process. This exposure prepares its medical practioners to the rigors of medical life.

This practice is a passion for him and his  family.That is why  when you allow KMP health professionals to participate in your care, you will be treated as part of the family.
