I.Medical Clinic Services - for the most part we  deliver healthcare to our clientele through our clinic. We have 2 examination and procedure rooms. We use electronic medical records that can help us tract your progress and keep your medical records secure . We can fill & refill your prescriptions electronically. We believe by doing this, prescription errors are decreased to the minimum and refills done in a timely manner. Our office staff is honed by education & experience. Registered nurses are vital  part of our team. The rest of the staff were trained to approach  and assist our clientele like their own family.

Our ancillary procedures are done mostly at Holy Family Medical Center and at Rush Northshore Medical Center.

II. Home Visits Services - This part of our practice delivers healthcare to our clientele that are home-bound. We work closely with several home health nursing agencies to complete the healthcare delivery. We accomplish most of the care to our clientele by home visits, care plan oversights with the nurses-in-charge. We set goals for these patients and follow them up closely with the nurses. Our main goal is to keep this patients away from emergency room visits and hospital admissions and "unbind" from their homes.

III. Hospital Care Services - In the tradition of continuity of care, we follow up our clients at the hospital should they require admission. Although we are supported by specialist and sub-specialist in all fields, we believe that somebody must be in charge to orchestrate their care.

 IV. Nursing Home Services - For our clientele that needs this type of care, we are there for them even at the nursing home. We serve also those who feel unsafe at their place of residence or those recuperating from debilitating illnesses. We also take care of patients in nursing homes for an acute short term stay.
